Just discovered your game, love the renders and the theme. It’s looking really good. About the music, the ambient tracks and the main theme are solid, but the one with vocals isn’t quite working for me, I think it needs to blend better. Anyway, much luck with the game! I’ll be following it.

Decided not to do weekly updates anymore. tbh, that shit just gets depressing. From now on, I’ll only drop dev logs when there’s actually something worth sharing.

Now, some of you might be wondering what happened to the 6th love interest. Well… my birthday was on the 15th, and the guy I commissioned to make her model completely ghosted me. So yeah, that sucks. I’ve since commissioned someone else who promised to deliver in 4 days, so it’s waiting time again.

You might ask why I don’t just make the model myself. Truth is, I tried but I’m not skilled enough to make her look the way I want. I found this image online while looking for dhampir inspiration, and she’s absolutely gorgeous. I want my girl to look exactly like that, which is why I’m relying on a pro.

So yeah, fingers crossed this new guy delivers on time and nails the look exactly.

What’s good, y’all? It’s been a while since I wrote one of these dev log thingies, and I think it’s about time I share what I’ve been up to lately.

So currently, I’m stuck on a fight scene. And not just any fight scene, this is the first time our MC actually uses his powers. In my head, it looked super simple and badass… but when I started making it? Pain. Pure pain.

I went through movie scenes, game fights, even played a few AVNs for research purposes (Shoutout to Blood of the dragon) and after a lot of inspiration-hunting, I finally got a vision of how I wanted it to look.

Then I found out DAZ’s magic assets… kinda suck. So, I decided to dive into Photoshop tutorials to spice things up and I didn’t understand a single shit. So back to the DAZ store I went, on a magical asset-hunting quest and that’s when I found the love of my life Ron’s Brushes.

That what was I needed. I started experimenting, watching more tutorials, and even grabbed a stupid Udemy course (use code Sammy69). Slowly, things started clicking. I learned how to blend and merge images properly, and now I’m actually having fun messing around with effects.

I still struggle with color grading and all that fancy lighting stuff, but progress is progress. I’ve linked some of my latest renders below/above to show how far I’ve come. Hopefully, I’ll keep improving and make these magical scenes as cool as they look in my head.

Alright I'm done here time to get back to my cave.

Sounds good to me so far. A lot of new devs struggle with things outside of their existing wheelhouse. Some have trouble (and make simple mistakes) with coding. Others have issues with English and/or getting their projects proofread. Hell, certain devs way overuse sound and create a butchered mess that immediately gets muted by me (I'm looking at a certain MILF servants game and a murder-investigation university game specifically). Struggles with creating renders — especially in Daz — isn't all that uncommon. But learning and improving is a very good step in the right direction. It's when a new developer starts thinking they know everything that real problems arise. I'm looking forward to whenever the first release of this project happens. :cool:

Have to agree. Everything I've seen and chats with the Dev indicate that this is going to be a good one and successful. I'm excited too, to see the initial release.

Looking forward to seeing this games initial release as well. Hopefully we will get some more elves as LI in the game and some more milfs as well. ;)
You may get em as side fucks and whatnot, but the "Main LIs" are fixed and already introduced, there are 5 of them in total as of now with a 6th one planned to be introduced soon but that would be it. It wont have a cast of elves and milfs as main LIs if thats what you are looking for.

As I mentioned before, I’ll be doing more of the cosplay stuff and here’s our cute super elf! ‍♀
Btw I lost the contest but I got some really good ideas from that contest like this one and yeah feel free to suggest, what should my next render be.

Now, on to something unimportant I’ve decided to pause the Patreon until the first version is finished and launched. You might ask why? Well, I originally planned to release it in November, but realistically, it’s not going to be ready even by December. And honestly, it doesn’t feel right to keep taking your support when there isn’t something tangible on the table yet.

I also plan to rename the Patreon tiers. They were originally based on ranks from the Covalent Company(Guild in the game), but since I’ve changed that ranking system so I'll make the change here too. it was diamond, gold, silver etc but now I've changed it to Ledger Lord, R1(Resonant Vanguard), R2 (True Resonants), and so on, I’ll be using those instead.

Anyway, I’ll be dropping a new dev log soon as I got something pretty cool to share with you all.

Last month was horrible for me. First, I got hit by a falling glass and ended up getting fucked up on the head (I’m all good now though—stitches are out and healing fine). Then, I spent Halloween night completely alone, working on the game and I lost my first ever contest + Dad also lost his chance of winning sex doll of worth $3000. Depressing times indeed.

Now, on to the less important stuff.
First up—music. I’ve been using Suno (AI) and Shockwave (real Shit) for the soundtrack. My dumbass didn’t bother reading their TOS or any of that legal nerd stuff, and someone later told me Suno doesn’t allow their music to be used in porn-related projects. I nearly shat my pants because I’ve made a ton of ambient tracks with it that I absolutely love.

So, I emailed both sites to confirm—and guess what? Green lights all around.
For anyone wondering: yes, you can use AI music from Suno in your game, but only for story scenes, not explicit ones.

Now, onto the even less important part.
As many of you already know, Steam just updated their policy—they’re only allowing completed AVNs on the platform now. No more half-finished or “early access” stuff. So, since I still want my dump truck on Steam, I’ve decided to split it into three books instead of one giant season.

That means my first release will include:
Prologue + Chapter 1 + Half of Chapter 2.

One question I keep getting is: “Will there be side girls?”
And the answer is—hell yes. There’s gonna be a shitton of side girls in the game. Our MC can’t stay in one place for too long, so naturally, most of them won’t stick around long enough to become deeply important. Because of that, I’m not really interested in doing those long Patreon-style backstory posts for them.

Plus, this game is all about choices—and that means you’ll be able to kill off some of the more important side characters if you want. But be warned: in this world, every choice comes back to bite your ass sooner or later.

I’ve been meaning to share some lore about the Deities of The Witch’s Accord, but since it ties into some major story spoilers, I’ll just tease a bit for now. There are nine Deities in total, and their power depends on the number of followers they have.

The most powerful among them are known as the Daughters of Senile, the Elven Goddesses. There are three in total, and one of them—Aurelia—is the goddess worshiped by the Verdant Order.

I’ll reveal more about the Deities in our next dev log, so stay tuned!

And yeah, I know I’m a bit late with the Halloween render—things have been a little hectic lately—but I wanted to share it alongside this dev log. Thanks for your patience, and thanks for reading!

So... does for the steam thing, is that just season 1, split into three books, and more seasons will come, or will the game just be bit shorter overall?

Also hope we can see the 6th main girl soon, that was mentioned far back. Really curious how she looks, still hopeful for someone with a bit bigger assets, just for variety, but will probably love her regardless.

Other than that Serene looks great. Still excited to see first release of this.
