This is a really good game, probably the best h-game I've ever played.
For anyone who wants to play it, even though MTL-ing the whole game doesn't work, you can use Textractor to hook into it and read the dialogue in a separate window, which was a good enough solution for me. The dialogue is a little garbled but it's good enough to follow along with the story.

By rpgmaker H-game standards? Medium length. Not particularly long, maybe a bit longer than average in a genre where short games are the norm. Depending on how much difficulty you have with the battles and whether or not you want to do all of Iris's prostitution requests, I wanna say... 5 or 6 hours? I tend to go through these games a bit slow so it's hard for me to give an exact number.

been a while since i played it, but yes, it should be about that time like most of Ressentiment's games. Although if someone takes farming to heart in these games you can add a couple of hours of extra time
