I couldn't review this without spoilers so be careful. TL.DR at the bottom.
I played this with high hopes, hopefully for obvious reason because of my username. One of my favorite things to watch is for a pregnant woman to go down on another woman, especially if that lady is also pregnant. I can't explain why, and I know it doesn't follow too logically either without artificial insemination but that's just what I like.
First things first, don't expect a game here. This is a kinetic novel and you're along for the ride. There's no user input into this besides the KN equivalent of flipping the page. And there's nothing inherently wrong with that, but it also isn't what I'm used to and I think it'd be a lot better with much better art.
Speaking of the art, it's fine. As someone that really loves seeing the beauty of people's faces, this game falls fairly flat, but they aren't hideously ugly to look at, just bland. There's one genuinely good angle of the pregnant lady's bump that was actually fairly hot, but it wasn't meant to be overtly sexual. Just to repeat myself, the games hottest piece of art wasn't one of the few "sex scenes."
I guess we'll jump to that for a bit. If you're reading this in the future, this KN was at one point tagged with no sexual content, and it still is at the time of me writing this. I don't think that's overtly wrong either, and it might be a bad joke too as someone pointed out but I'm not certain. Because, while fingering is sexual content, it's the only thing that happens in this whole story. There's also a boob massage that's meant to be somewhat clinical but ends up being sexual for both sides, unintentionally at first then the whole heat of the moment thing creeps up on them (of course).
I guess my biggest issue is it ends before anything really gets started. The end of the game is their first date, and the last shot if them going back to the titular doctor's apartment to talk about their newfound relationship and kid on the way. The doctor goes from having a slight crush to being cool with raising a child she never really wanted to have over the course of a few hours, which is a huge commitment (obviously). The patent goes from having been straight her whole life and never thought about being with a female to being a lesbian over the course of a few days as well. None of us will know how it all ends up either because it just stops rather than ending.
TL;DR: Poor porn and alright writing that really services nothing in the end because we're not with our characters for long enough for it to feel satisfying.
