the current port somehow not all game feature works ({i don't know how to explained it} the action choice section after conversation, did not appear, but selectable with random click on the screen, so probably i might choose the wrong one),,

no. since the dev has chosen the way "the smaller the ui the better", i no longer port this game.

as far as i understand is v1.0 actually v0.1. furthermore v0.2 was released and already has an Android version.
because of this and the fact, that the game is neither Ren'Py nor RPG Maker MV, the answer is no.
