Futa has been blessed by the Greek Goddess of Love, (herm)Aphrodite.

Have you ever watched the show Spartacus? It's basically softcore porn and violence. Might give you some ideas to build off and a glimpse into (stylized) Roman society.

Actually the term 'hermaphrodite' doesn't actually come from Aphrodite, but of the son she had with Hermes. They're usually pretty creative with names but not in this case I suppose (Herm + Aphroditius, are you serious?)

I haven't seen Spartacus, but my own knowledge of that era is big enough I think (due to taken several years of history and Latin class and a general interest in that period of history) to make it feel like it should. As I said, I'm not trying to be historically accurate like Assassin's Creed or something. It's a fantasy world of my own creating with Greek (and Roman, but more Greek I'd say) mixed in it. Minotaurs, Medusa's (Yes, I know that's actually a name and not the name of the what she is, but it's the term most people assosciate with that type of 'creature'), Oracles, togas, chitons, gladiators, lions, etc. They are all a bit different than in actual Greek mythology though. I tried to make them fit into my own lore of the world instead of saying 'Oh, a god did it'. Because the gods of my world are a little less... douchy than the Greek gods. And there are a lot less of them. Only 5 in fact, so the player can know them all without having to read history books about them. 4 good(ish) ones + 1 evil(ish) one. Also, they don't view themselves as gods. I kind of like how Brandon Sanderson handles 'gods' in his Cosmere books, so I tried something similiar.

Also... did I give off the impression the game has the 'Divinity' subtitle because the main character is blessed by the gods? Or am I reading too much into the first sentence of your comment? Because that certainly isn't the reason why it's called 'Their Beautiful World - Divinity'. (In fact... I don't think I've ever actually explained why it's called 'Their Beautiful World', not even in the previous attempt at creating a game in this world)

Funny thing you pick up that century of greek/romanian history Im romanian myself ( a bit) and what i know and read about that is many orgy´s, pologamy many, MANY whores and incest and a lot of money / corruption ^^

I'm no expert on Greek or Roman history, but those things are partially correct and incorrect.

- Greeks were known for their orgies, yes. Especially orgies of the same-sex variety. There is a reason the word 'lesbian' comes from the greek island 'Lesbos'. I also remember there being a joke in Aassassin's Creed: Origins that goes like 'The Greeks invented the orgy. But the Romans added women to it'. As far as I know, that is at least a little truth to that joke. Could be misremembering my lessons about that stuff though. But the Greeks were certainly very open about same-sex relations and even encouraged them for certain people (not the upper class though)
- Never heard about a lot of corruption in Greek/Roman times. The oracles were certainly scamming people and such, but maybe I just didn't learn about that.
- Incest happened (just like it does today), but it certainly wasn't normal. Caligula was caught commiting incest before he became emperor and people around him certainly didn't think that was 'cool'
- There was probably more polygamy and whores around than there are today, but not an huge amount or anything. At least in my country that certainly isn't what they were known for

Not that any of these things matter, as my world is a fantasy world so I can change all of this in that world if I want to.
And if futa's aren't your thing... you can play as a guy if that's any better? It's your choice: Girl with dick or dude with dick.

Today I started implementing the ending of the game. It's looking pretty good so far. Now I know what you're thinking... the ending of the game in version 0.1? Yep, that's right. I'm trying to make it so that you can play the game on version 0.1 and have a full and complete experience. Future update will obviously add things and improve stuff, but I think it would be great if every player had a complete experience even if they only played version 0.1 and quit after that.

I can do this as the main story is somewhat short in this game. There is an introduction that introduces the characters and a giant task the main character has to complete. And then there is the ending when that task has been completed. The rest of the game is side activities and character storylines that help you achieve the task asked of you in the main story.

At the moment I haven't implemented any bestiality content, but I am planning to collaborate with some people to get some form of bestiality patch, yes. Don't know if it will be for version 0.1 or a later update though

Here is a sample of one of the many background images of the game, if anyone is interested. Some of you might recognize this as a screenshot from Assassin's Creed: Origins. And if that's the case, you would be correct. That game has an excellent screenshot mode with which you can take some truly gorgeous images. So I figured why not use it to capture some Roman/Greek style background images for my game? If other developers can use real photos (probably taken from Google), why shouldn't I use beautiful backgrounds like this?

Let's just say I'm also happy the next AC game will take place in Ancient Greece. It's like it was meant to be, isn't it?

The game has just gone into its first 'polishing phase'. At the moment it has about as much content as High School Crush Simulator did when that game was first released, but I'm planning to add yet more content to the game before release to really give the game a good start.

I like the choice to have a game ending in 0.1, not sure I have seen that before. And futas are not my thing but Rome/Greece is, so very glad to hear I can play as a guy.

It's optional in the sense that you can choose to play as a man instead? But you can't play as a 'normal' woman. There is both a gameplay and story reason for why the protagonist needs to have a penis

I noticed she has very obvious dark eyebrows making me assume she's wearing a wig or had a dye job and it made me remember something I read somewhere a long time ago about ancient Rome formerly having a law on the books that prostitutes had to have blonde hair, so they can be clearly identified. At some point though in the mid-first century a fair number of upper class ladies started to take advantage of the law to put on blonde wigs as a disguise they'd wear when they wanted to step out at night for some fun on the side, which led to the downfall of that particular law, heh.

I was not aware of this particular trend, no. And she certainly isn't a prostitute (although there are other prostitutes in the game). The reason her hair and brows don't match is for the same reason that Sophie (younger sister from Blooming Love) has mis-matched hair and brow colors. When designing a character in Daz Studio, the chosen skin for a character usually doesn't allow you to choose the eye brow color. But in some cases (like with Sophie and Fivae) I want them to have a certain hair color because I think it fits them best. But then I find a skin that also really suits them well and creates the look I want for them, but they only problem is that they eyebrow colors don't match. And that's usually just something I accept in those cases as the rest of the skin/face just fits the character so well.

There are a few real-life events and trends from the Roman era that I do use in the story of the back as I find them interesting, but this isn't one of them as I simply wasn't aware of it.

I just want to quickly check how familiar people here are with certain Greek myths. There are a ton of references in the game to them (despite it being set in a fantasy world), so I'm kind of curious how many people will get those references.

It's not required to know these myths of course as the stories in the game will stand on their own, but I think knowing them does add a little something to your reading experience when the game gets released.

I really enjoy your games and the characters you make are nice but I am wondering, what is wrong with a little diversity? I hardly ever see it in any VN; it's so rare! It wouldn't be so bad to make a nice thicker woman with ass, darker skin and a P*ssy wetter than a t-bone steak! <3 Otherwise keep up the good work
