There is no distinction between a 'porn games' and a 'game with porn' on this site.

If you look to the japanese visual novel industry they have a tag: "nukige." Basically, a game made for the purpose of masturbation. The distinction allows for the easy identification of which games have a structure designed with fappinging in mind. Currently in the western market there is no such tag. The consequence: split opinions on almost every game.

If you look at the reviews on this site, you can clearly identify bad experience when a person is looking for a "heavy porn" game, and conversely, when some is looking for a cohesive story using porn as a medium. It would help alot to have a tag which identifies each type of game.

Does anyone disagree or feel the same?

Here are a few possible tags

Heavy porn A: High volume of porn that makes masturbation possible at any point in the game, with occasional break. Many games of this type will be sandbox.

Heavy porn B: Clear points at which masterbation is possible. Most common in a visual novel type structure.

Heavy porn C: A game that allows the collection of porn events but provides no clear point at which it is possible to masturbate.

'Story rich' would be super useful, I believe the game Harem Hotel fits into that type of category. Where a vast amount of text occurs. But also into a 'porn heavy' catergory.

If anyone has a suggestion for a better tag than 'porn heavy' that would be great.

"Story based". It don't presume the amount of porn content (but we are all aware that there's high probability to find this in the game we download from here), while warning that there will be a lot of story part, mixed or not with the porn.
Like those who complain about the story generally want fap material, they'll know that the game will not be for them. And at the opposite, those who search for entertainment will know that they'll found a story inside this game.

But the problem will stay, because people will complain that a game isn't story based, because the story is lame or ridiculous, while other will complain because there's too much porn, not enough story, and so on.

Story based is not that useful, I don't know a single VN here that wouldn't call themselves "story-based" while being nukige. Should just stick with nukige since that has a clear definition that's already commonly used.

I vote for random tags on everything. people will comment saying "i played the game 5 times looking for scat, but I couldn't find it... is there a walkthrough to show me how to get the scat scenes?" it would be awesome. even better than April first.

I disagree. Creating tags for this is pointless. We already have tags that do a good enough job of describing what is in the game. If you are looking for a story rich experience try the VN tag. Visual Novel is a good indicator you are in for a story rich experience. RPGM if you want an RPG or action game. I can tell what a game has and if it interests me by reading through the current tags, looking at the description, and screenshots. Will I like the game? No tag is going to tell me that.

You are 100% correct. It seems many people aren't happy now a days unless everything has a special label or tag.
