At the starf of the game MC were lying at the floor with 2 dead people. Another vampire girl comes in and mc start to live with that girl. That girl is some sorty of big shot and he will be introduced to other vampires and vampire bosses. MC also a has a female friend (which turns into love interest) and mc will take her with him and after sometime mc feed from her. Also there was another enemy vampire which mc captures her and put her in the cage in the basement. That's all I can remember from the game
