I also fixed a similar issue that was present on PlayerBirth.png and tweaked my edit on the vagina_.png to look better.

There are issues with the edits on H_007 and H_007_2.
I'm trying to figure out what's going on. I originally thought it was a problem with the png file transparency, but even using superPNG plugin doesn't fix the problem.

I'm very sure that's a Unity game thing. Try pressing Alt + Shift + R as soon as you launch the .exe, should bring up a window with resolution options
