nope you get raped you lose HP (implying rape), you can prostitute yourself to the merchant, but in the end you decide when you want to get hit for oestrus which make your character unable to get out (while she is normally able to), so if she does want it during that state, it kinda relax on the rape part I guess?

alright, I'm not sure if this is caused by an item or the fact that I'm picking up too many items from the shop, but after some time my character will not be able to move using WASD. The last item I picked up was a cursed item that had something to do with my clothing being torn.

I guess I'll share the cheat table I've been using as a replacement for those assembly cheats guys posted here (cheat tables are not affected by game updates).
Most of the options are hardcoded as I felt suitable. There are also scripts to add cum state for 1k seconds (you can edit it though) and how destroyed the heroine is in the hmenu (v2 and v3 state).
It does many things like making you invincible, inf mana, etc. If you have questions — then try asking.

They did mention they might maybe add something akin to you pinning down the monsters and fucking them in #026 Report
but considering it's been a year and 2 months almost since that report it's safe to assume that mechanic was axed or i've never met the requirement to proc it during an estus phase

Definitely no trace of it in game's files. Also won't be surprised if they axed it, too bad if true.

How can I initiate breastfeeding? How does it work?

It's pretty straight forward when you know how it is done, but figuring it out without clues or hints can be a pretty arcane process. So here is how it works:

• Step 1: Have a guardian (the little fellows wearing robes that help Inesa in battle.)
• Step 2: Inesa needs to lactate. You can check her milkiness in the menu on the second/middle tab.
• (Step 2B: In order for Inesa to lactate, she needs to either consume a potion for it, or give birth to a guardian. Parasite births don't work for this.)
• Step 3: Find a bench.
• Step 4: Interact with the bench and choose the "breastfeed" option.
• Step 5: Enjoy the scene.

And that's how you get Inesa to breastfeed her minions in the game.

Do I have to start all the way back at the forest EVERY SINGLE TIME? I unlocked 3 levels before I saw an animation I wanted to see. Then it sends me all the way back to the start. I don't have to grind to get all the way there AGAIN right?
