^There's some minor bug i've encountered on the first stage. Whenever i re-enter a room with a coin placed between two thorn traps, it will keep respawning indefinitely. Don't know yet if it does that on other stages, or chests, but i'll edit that post in case i find out.
EDIT: Only happens on first stage and only with the coin.
