This game feels more like a 3.5 but 4 feels more fair than 3 to me.
If you are looking for NTS / sharing id personally stay away from this game. The game makes the MC such an asshole the husband and wife don't have a good relationship , I can't see how a NTS path would work if one gets introduced. The game does seem like it might get one at some point as the MC seems to get horny when thinking about his wife or watching other people fuck.

The game kind of feels like it pushes you towards NTR / cheating with how their relationship is shown off and how much of an asshole the MC is. So if you perfer NTR over NTS this might be a good game for you , after more updates no cheating has happened as of yet.

This game for me was quite enjoyable for me for what it is and that is coming from someone that likes NTS and not NTR in these type of games generally. But the enjoyment I got out of I don't mind especially because the MC is such an ass to his wife I wouldn't mind if he gets NTR'd unlike in other games on this site.

The one big negative I have is there is a sex scene with the wife. The controls to move forward is some of the most annoying controls I have seen in any game. Instead of clicking to the next render you have to click a icon and click the next level of hearts to move forward. You have to do this about 6 or 7 times.

Thot on Trial has to be one of the most under appreciated NTR games ever. The opening scene is incredible, the female characters are gorgeous and the animations are as good or better than any I've seen. The only con I can think of is that the developer doesn't seem to post much in advance and then I'm pleasantly surprised when there is a new release.

Initial Thoughts:
The concept of the game is great! An overall decent story line that in the beginning shows exactly where Inceton wants to take it and how things are going to go regardless of path chosen.

The Good:
Multiple Paths - In any good NTR game there should be multiple paths and options to choose from so you have your preference when it comes to the female MC's diversion from their partner. This game (at the time I am writing this: v0.3.0) has 3-4 paths that she can go down, some more fleshed out than others, but a decent mix early on.

Character Models Pt. 1- In this I'm specifically talking about the female models. They aren't the highest of quality, but they get the job done and with the appropriate lighting and affects.

The Meh:
Character Models Pt. 2- As a whole these character models seem either outdated or they seem too flat. The non-canon renders in the gallery are great and all but to have the story renders and animations to look this mediocre really puts a bad taste in my mouth as someone who wants to see this game succeed. On the flip side of it, they just seem stiff and flat. The female MC's ass looks like a shelf from IKEA, stiff and lifeless. The male MC as well as the other male interests look generally okayish but they still look lifeless... even trying to convey emotion in the story renders, it doesn't convince me. Oh... and their dicks... classic same cock for all people of the same color... fun.

The Bad:
Updates- I've been following since the initial release of this game and god... the pacing of this story is so fucking slow I might as well be watching Game of Thrones again. The dialogue is uninteresting, the character-to-character interaction is just flat out bland, and it fails to immerse you in the game as a whole. (If you are even playing for story that is.)

Up until this point, the updates have been very short and lacking. The episodic updates are cool and all, but these micro updates in between are worth skipping, you're better off waiting until the next episode instead of these little filler updates so that Inceton can keep raking in money.

Sex scenes- Boring but not too boring... They get the job done in the respect that yes, it is a porn game, and it does what it's supposed to do... but almost all of them feel devoid of simple details to where it just looks scripted (obviously it is but you know what I mean) and weak.

Immersion- Horrible. I like a good story every now and again, but this one takes the cake as the most boring story line I've seen in a while. Tropes left and right, insert typical plot lines here, add a little bit of male mc being a bitch there, and shabam! A rehashed story that seems all to familiar from another game that Inceton had made previously and is the only one that's finished (at least thats been uploaded to F95) and it shows.

Predictions:
This game is either going to end up as an abandoned game with how in frequent the updates are OR its gonna finish out but all of the quality content is gonna be in the non-canon renders and animations. Aside from that though, I really do want the game to get better, yes, it's early on in its production but it has a chance to change if Inceton puts more effort into making these updates more expansive and more captivating. As of now however, this game is just another classic example of NTR done mediocre. My overall review is a 4/10 as of v0.3.0... I hope this game changes for the better by episode 3/4.

I don't know where to start with unrealistic plots but I am terribly sorry for the potential.

I swear to god, everytime I see a visually decent looking NTR game and try to give it a chance, I'm immediately reminded why I loathe NTR. I think the idea of getting cucked and cheated on is just repulsive (for ME), but I'm mature enough to separate myself from the art I'm viewing to try and just look at it as porn. The issue is that NTR-centric stories are generally incredibly lazy. This is no different.

If you can think of every NTR trope or cliche, this has it. None of the characters have any depth, black people are used as props and largely racist caricatures, and none of the actions made are believable. Even as a man who would pick the AVN where someone's cheating with the MC rather than the MC being cheated on, I feel bad for NTR-lovers with the slop they get presented. There's no build-up, no tension, we aren't given any reason to invest in the world, there's nothing THERE.

The MC is pathetic, the wife is a slut, and those are the roles they will play and NEVER diverge. None of your choices matter, the story is threadbare, the dialogue is mind-numbing. If decent visuals were all that mattered for you, why wouldn't you just...watch porn? It'd save you time, plus you'd actually see a person. I'm sure there HAS to be better projects out there for people that are into NTR.

I'm judging this off of what I played not the developer, or there Patreon login antics. I'm deducting one point for that BS.

I played Thot on Trial V.0.30, cracked version. I would never ever support their monetization model. If I like the game and have the financial ability I will support it, I will not be forced.

For a title that was released in June 2024 there is a ton of content. Quality content as well. The game looks great. Inside Jennifer is another Great title by Inceton, I have no biases against this developer as this and Jennifer is the only experience I have with them and so far I like them both. The game play so far is solid, there is no wait two years for the MC to give a BJ slow corruption crap, I'm getting sick of. The story is also interesting, and completely different than Inside Jennifer. I would give it a shot at least while the crack patches work. The story is good, the models are gorgeous and the animations are solid.

The only issue I have with this title is the Stupid Patreon login, it's ridiculous and more of a pain in the ass than what it's worth.

Honestly only like how the game looks. The story... eh. Male MC is a loser. Dude gets jealous SO easily and can't get it up for his wife(who is maybe one of the best lookin female 3dcg characters I've seen) unless he's being cucked in his imagination. But he has no issue when seeing his coworker's underwear picks. AND he cheats first nah. BOOOOO. I'm pretty sure him cheating first isn't an option. I went back to see and the options were something like: (Don't Stop) or (Pull Away). If you pull away they continue anyway and the game asks "are you sure you don't wanna cheat?", then "are you really sure?", and then "are you very super sure?". Hope the female mc ends up fucking everyone and he suffers. Though he probably won't since he can't get an erection for his wife unless someone else is fucking her in his head. smh he'll probably end up having a grand ol time.

This is a typical Inceton VN with the usual animation progression, models and NTR story. That is not a criticism. What IncetonNtr does, however, they do well.

There are basically two MCs in this one- a husband and wife. There are choices for both and how they impact the story is a bit unclear as of this update. NTR is going to happen, that is almost a certainty regardless of the choices. The when and why is up for debate. The wife model is the typical full boob/bootie model, although not as pronounced as in other VNs. A secondary LI for the husband is also a familiar Inceton model - but even hotter depending on preference.

The renders, animations and lighting are high quality as usual. While you may not like their stories or subject matter, one cannot fault Inceton on the execution of their games. Where Inceton shines in this story is the buildup. You can guess what’s going to happen, you can sense the tension building and it is titillating . There is a story here. A legal matter the Husband is prosecuting. Nefarious machinations working against him are afoot. It does add a bit more depth to the tropes you see coming.

As a fan of the NTR genre, it is a good VN so far. Yes, cliches abound and new ground isn’t going to be broken here, but it is satisfying nonetheless. My only wish, however, is the wife doesn’t immediately become the village bicycle that everybody rides. For true Netorare to flourish, you need some hesitation, regret, self reflection before the ultimate surrender. Methinks the wife in this game will first have her inhibitions lowered and succumb in a moment of weakness. She will then be manipulated into more naughty deeds. All tasty if she then doesn’t become a wanton wench. Regardless, I think it will be an interesting journey satisfying that NTR itch.

So far (0.2.5) I'm loving this game. The story advances at a nice pace to make it sexy but within the realm of believable (within porn logic) and characters are reasonably interesting (especially Anna, and the question of trust there). I do hate the MC though, mostly due to the first day when he's portrayed like an idiot with jealousy and anger problems, it fades out later on as if the people writing him wanted to change his personality, more than a real character development. Also the fact that there is a 1 month timetable is interesting, as is the competitiion between different men to see who actually gets to corrupt her first. There are multiple choices, but so far I think most of them or even all don't matter.

Render quality is very nice, as are the animations. And I love the character models developed for the game, they're unique and interesting and bring something to the table. As always I turned off the music so can't say about it, and don't recall much in the sound effects department. There have been no bugs either.

So, all in all, a great start, let's see if they can keep the ball rolling and the level.

The good:

Renders look nice. Wifey is hot.

Inceton finally figured out how to do NTR by having a protagonist getting NTR'd. Previous attempts were simply a female MC cheating on their significant other.

The bad:

Revealing how things end up right at the beginning. Works in some cinema, but not for this type of story, IMO.

Typical black interracial shit. Personal preference of mine, but I hate it and I wish it would die a terrible universe heat death.

Blackmail. Seems like the girl is gonna get blackmailed at some point based on what was said at the end of the first episode. zZzZzZz

No build-up. Wife has her mind constantly on sex and the MC already acting like a cuck with his dream.

Wife is tarded. So useless and not a good wife.

MC is tarded. Just worthless and can't even attend to his own wife.


Honestly, this game feels so uninspired. Especially with the stupid name. Thot on Trial? Really? That's the best you could come up with? I haven't played a good Inceton game since the first Summer with Mia... and looking back... it had kinks, but it wasn't that good.

From the very opening scene, where the Female character is getting spit-roasted by two dudes, this has to one of the best intros to an adult-vn ever. Not only does it set a precedent for what kind of game this is, but for inevitability of it.

Models - Could be better, but Inceton still knows how to make the women hot.
Story - Loving it so far!
Dialog -Awesome at times, and a little silly here and there. But enjoyable and fun.
I am not the biggest Inceton fan, but I am going to keep my eye on this one. Amazing first chapter!

I don't know man. The wife looks so hot and the starting scene is already her getting spit roast by 2 dudes with animation. This is already a guaranteed 5 stars game.

Other than that the renders are great and the music is fitting. I don't have any complains. Will observe for a couple more versions before I decide to pledge.

Thot on Trial is an excellent immersive ntr-type porn game that fits my personal sexual preferences very well, with excellent models and beautiful characters. I have to say that I am quite looking forward to the next update of this game.

Better and more fresh writing take then I expected out of these guys after it was just more of the same ol same with Inside Jennifer. The switch away from using overly exaggerated and ugly old man asset models in itself is a nice step forward imo.

That said there is still too much "I can't wait to F that pussy" inner dialog going on with said male characters, and the game delivers way too much dream/flash-forward "spoiler" payouts for an episode 1. Which for some of you that like your build up is gonna water down those latter sex scenes when they actually happen for "real".

Game is probably closer to a better-then average but nothing special 3 then the 4 I gave it, but it gets that extra star bump here for Inceton' s always top notch female character models. Would be a solid 4 without already seeing those various full blown payout scenes play out.

Inceton games that focus on renders while everything else is bad.
we play a slut that is selfish, clueless and lazy. she lies to her husband, use the "love" word to get what she wants, don't care about his needs. surely from time to time she wake up from this and feel guilty, but the next scene she is acting like a slut again. maybe thats the plot here, play a slut that will fuck around? well, not that interesting. and since we already know she will get fucked by 2 black dicks why bother? better fap to a porn-movie as we get live-action. is this NTR? right now I don't feel it. I could edit my review if the next chapter gets better, for now its terrible for such a team as Inceton.

Excellent start. There is some confusion about what exact type of NTR this game is, based on the previews and how the game opens. To be clear, the opening is a flash forward, the game quickly goes back a month before then to explain how things ended up there. It seems to me based on all of what we've seen (I suppose this will be a light spoiler?), that the story is heading towards the wife cheating, and the husband secretly getting off on it. It's unclear if it will result in an open cuckold relationship. This is just my guess though. So it's sort of a toss up if it'll be netorase or netorare, the only sure thing is that the MC will be turned on by it.

The writing is VERY good for this genre, the build up and personalities are really well done so far, and it feels very believable, which is rare in this genre, as I'm sure you all know.

There are some annoying glitches, like a few lines not being affect by text settings (the text doesn't instantly appear, and it automatically advances, despite my settings being the opposite.) Though this only occurs with about 5 lines in the whole game so far.

The English is very very good despite it being written by someone who learned it later in life, you can only really tell that fact by his use of bizarre phrases no native speaker would use. "Everyone wakes up on the wrong leg sometimes.", "I need to hit the bed!" lol what. Outside of that the English is perfect as far as I can see. I think that first one is like three real phrases mashed together, haha.

Well i really enjoy the game and the story as well challenges the conventions of gaming storytelling with its mature themes and unflinching narrative. "I hope continues to make a strong impression by delivering such compelling and mature gaming experiences
