There's a bug (am not sure how I triggered it)
but basically when asked to get the gem the witch asked me for
instead of getting to the cave, it turns into endless walking like when exploring the normal forest

what triggered it (probably)
I reloaded the save file before the event and tried to bring rosetta just to see if there's an alternate way where I wouldn't kill the monster
when I go out the mushroom house, Rosetta will be forced to go back to the house
and maybe the game thought am now in the normal forest instead of the alternate one?

Also tried to restart the game
still no use

the only fix is by using the autosave of what happens after the cave event

here a beta tester, from what you describe it is very common for people to be confused about the forest after Stela asks you to go get the object.
I have played the game several times and you can be lucky enough to find the cave the first time or you have to walk 10 times to the other side to find the cave.
And about Rosette, in the next update it will be possible for her to go with you to the forest where Stela lives.

I was expecting a segg scene with anne but but but!! A creepy eyes in the dark emerges into a black screen staring into my soul like YOOOO I'm trying to nut here that is VERY VERY PERFECT it scared the shii out of me! 4th wall break at its finest.

(will it affect my progress if i answer that scary thing cuz i reply "its canon event". No? Also i even think that monster in the dark is rosette, its just my guess..)

i like these hentai vanilla horror type shii game its just so peak like blacksouls luckily i found this randomly in itch io

Game looks promising. Definitely need more to do during the first phase with the dryad at home than just talk to her and chop wood though. Like she keeps saying thanks for the food but you can't actually gather/cook any food during this phase so it feels kinda hollow.
