I helped finance Tickle Magnet and Beta/Alpha tested it, it's a fun game, the dev is a good person and does solid work. They're taking a brief hiatus, focusing more on their online comic publications after his Patreon was disabled. That being said, there isn't any graphics displaying tickling specifically, it's text-based with laughing artwork displayed alongside laugh vocals, which are solid.
Cyriaan Chronicles, also by them, is another fun title that's more traditional RPG based and has some scene artwork of tickling (stills, not gifs), but hits home with the dialogue and artwork in tandem.

then you should find your happiness on Hail Dicktator. The game is long, there are a lot of different fetishes but over the last two years there are a lot of tickling scenes that have been added. In addition, if you take the most expensive subscription on patreon, you will be entitled to a quantity of new 3d renders, more than half of which are focused on tickling scenes given that they are commissions.

I also can't log into TMF for some reason, I lost my login info, but want to give Lurker some very late encouragement and praise for the work done with "Maria's Tickly Doom". The writing is downright fantastic.
I have not actually played that one yet. As someone who likes to draw (and see other people's art) purely text-based games with no visuals are pretty hit or miss for me. With how much you're praising the game though I guess I'll have to check it out!
I was pleasantly surprised by it. Once I discovered there's a map and a guide of sorts, it was far more fun. I still have many questions regarding some gameplay stuff and what I missed...but for being text-based, it nailed it for me. 90% foot tickling focused, and party members with specific foot parts most ticklish being exploited. (Between toes, base of toes, arches). I have some grievances about some scenes and some content that would transcend how it was written and executed...but since pickings are slim and we're in starvation mode for content like this, I'm happy to have gotten what I did.
Another title whose artwork I'd lust over in a foot tickling game is who did Lewd Gym. The game is foot focused in the early goings, and seemingly drifts away from it a bit as you progress for some reason. The artwork and animation is great, but alas, no foot tickling.

As a "bonus", with their latest character, there is a brief scene where in the fighting ring, a characters opponent catches her bare foot and sucks on her toes, and she indicates it tickles. So...gently opening the door to some more blatant foot tickling? We'll see.
Indivi's Lust Doll+ has solid foot tickling scenes ( and other body parts) with some graphics, and for the foot content, the renders are shapely and do a nice job. No animations, but the artwork and writing is really well-done. They have monthly polls on their Patreon which is absolutely flooded with "Mind Control" "BDSM", "Futa" and "Pregnancy", with "Foot Tickling" getting votes amid the middle of the pack. It's a rolling tally as well, so the votes from last month carry forward and so on...so for it to be focal point is an uphill boulder-push. And yet...in the latest release, the dev went out of their way to incorporate a Foot Tickling scene. I think they're a 'friend', people.

I think either multiple requests reached them for it, or they became less shy about showing them (I know some cultures it's a taboo, so that could be an element also). Their Patreon is disabled, so I've been paying via SubscribeStar, and working up the courage to request a foot tickling scene on Shana...wish me luck.

Not his thing, but he said he might have a girl character tickle another's feet, since it correlates enough with the dom/sub dynamic his game is about. Artwork on feet is emphasized in his work, so it would be wonderful if he does so.
AORRTA's The Secret Reloaded has excellent feet detailing, but very sporadic in releases and responses, and no foot tickling content of any kind thus far. I'll keep trying to gauge.
Dream Now's University of Problems has solid content, and occasional foot tickling of the love interests which the dev is not shy about embedding, and doing so naturally in a non-awkward manner. For the natural feel of how it actually is "acceptable" to do to someone, it does a solid job. The dev berates suggestions and demonstrates intolerance and impatience towards criticism or queries, however, and the toes and sides of the feet look great, the soles look dry, rough, and uniform in coloration in all characters since he doesn't use Daz3D for the feet and just sticks to Renpy. Good news though, I guess, his smugness means the feet tickling content stays, and likely has a home for more! Yaaay.
Crimson Delight Games' Tales of Legendary Lust Aphrodisia has foot focused content in a scene, but thus far, no foot tickling. It's been slow-developing lately due to a small team, and a key member having a child so they're not able to commit as much time and resources currently (totally makes sense). Therefore, I haven't had an interaction with the devs yet about content, so, we'll see.
TakoYuh's Westview Academy has the best feet renders I've seen thus far, where he's actually used Daz3D for the soles, something someone without an eye for the aesthetics of feet wouldn't care about. That hints something to me.
I'm currently gauging his receptiveness and also the other backers on any foot tickling content being added. Some can definitely be squeamish, and I want to respect his income from others as well, and find a balance. If they're all onboard though, that would be a dream come true.
Lust Goddess is one that's on Steam, and a "free" game until you hit a paywall. When filling out a survey for them, I indicated my interests, and they have made bare soles of characters artwork be more featured in newer releases...I mentioned foot tickling, but so far, nothing on that front.
Pink Tea's Realms of Bondage has brief foot tickling in a few scenes, one in particular that I love is where you have to pleasure a queen by touching parts of her and raise her libido as she sits naked before you on a throne. One of these places that arouses her is her bare feet, and you stroke along her arches, arousing her. Another scene involves a prisoner, and you can tickle her bare soles (twice, and then you can't any longer for the duration of the scene??? WHY?????) in a replayable scene. The renders are great, and the feet are deliberately well-done.
Also Pink Tea's Slavelords of the Galaxy features some interrogation foot tickling scenes as well, the artwork is also solid, and the scenes are replayable. However, in my opinion, the hottest character (a blue-skinned sexy alien girl) who gives you a footjob doesn't have any scene where you tickle her feet.
