It's been 4 years since I worked on this...
I have no idea.
Where did you get the game? What version is it? How are you starting it and on what system?

I already fixed i just changed the driver then boom it worked also how can i extract the translated version and also thanks for replying!

What do you mean?
The same way you extracted the game?
You just extract the zip and drag the files into your game so it overwrites/merges, there are no special steps for this one.

Just make sure you do it with Japanese encoding/locale so it doesn't potentially break Japanese text.
If you're on windows 10 I recommend changing your "system locale" (not just "locale" that's different) to Japanese(Japan) and then using 7zip.
