Mean the steam version will be uncensored, just will lack the young looking characters on the steam version for very painfully obvious reasons.

This is an extremely common practice with nsfw games sold on digital store fronts btw. You can buy it on whatever platform you want and if the game has to be censored, an uncensored patch will be available on an external site. You'll still get what you want regardless of where you buy, it might just require one extra step in a worst case scenario.
i think you mean that one kitsune in the shrine right? its the only thing i can categorize as lolicon, the other ones i dont know. but this make me think, they will erase her entire dialogue and decisions or they are going to post the full game uncensored in their page even with the kitsune kid?... yeah, it sounds terrible but, porn logic ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ it has more years that she can count and is an spirit afterall, not like it could transform into something more mature or more feral
There’s also the leopard and the white cat girl, and while dialogue confirms they are meant to be adult women, their overall designs is meant to embody the Lolita look typical of most kemololi characters. It is a bit strange tho since another kemono related game came out that featured kemoshota characters, some looking blatantly younger than others. I guess Fakku just rather wanted to play safe since they’re a bigger company.

I do ask another silly question but, I can't unzip the file.It says 0x8000FFFF. How can I fix it?

Download using another browser in case its curropted. Some browsers with outdated extentions tend to auto finish the large files download before completion making it corrupted.
File type is in 7Z. Use winrar or 7z program to extract it and make sure they are at the latest version.
