Nope, "sew" is the wrong word. If you've got black cloth and silver thread, you can embroider a field of stars.
I tried to put the game in fullscreen, but it just became a black screen and now I can't change back, even by

Probably the small bunch of anti-porn nutters in Australia who pushed credit card companies to drop support for buying NSFW games on itch.io(globally, not just in Australia) and other platforms. Religious conservatives, ruining things for people across the globe as per usual. Collective Shout is the name of the organization if you're wanting to look more into it. Collective shout is not a religious organisation, the founder Melinda Tankard Reist LARPs as a conservative christian but her actual beliefs are dubious at best.
