Although the question posed can be answered pretty broadly, I really have one very specific question in mind. I think it's different for everyone but personally I have no issues with anyone's POV, if the text in the scene is written well and sexy. Even though I usually identify with the girl in the scene anyway, if the main character is male. So if the writing is done well, with proper English, and the sensuality is built up naturally and not just "drop your panties, let's go", then I have no issues enjoying the scene from a male POV. So yes, I prefer female protagonist games, since it's easier to see myself in that fantasy scenario and I get to control what the girl does, but if a male POV game or scene is done well, then it's not a big deal. Honestly, it always kinda makes me sad to see comments by guys about games with female protagonists and just dismissing them completely. Why? There's probably a less creepy way to ask that question in the OP, but it's difficult to consume any media and avoid a male protagonist.

I also generally avoid games that overly describe sex scenes. A picture paints a thousand words, and I really don't need someone to describe what sex feels like.
