How is this confusing? She's wearing a sports bra and workout shorts in most of the preview. And a tank top and short and denim shorts as the other outfit. Body types don't determine whether a girl is a tomboy or not. It's mostly attitude and personality. And a girl with short boyish hair is usually a trope of tomboys.

I'd argue that doing male-oriented things extends also to choice of wardrobe, makeup (or lack thereof) etc and those have direct impact on appearance. So it does affect the looks on some level. Now, i don't see many guys choosing to go around in crop tops and tiny shorts (dudes became deathly scared of exposing their thighs at some point in early 90s), draping themselves seductively on motorcycles and making feminine flirty poses otherwise, so i can't say this girl gives me any real impression of being a tomboy. But hey, seems that short hair and tan is more than enough for some.

Typical tomboy bodies doesnt mean thats the only body type. Petite body doesnt make them a tomboy, nor does having curves dismiss one as a tomboy. This games fmc would be a trope breaker and its a good thing.

This is Pixiv's definition of a tomboy.
"A girl or woman who exhibits traits or characteristics traditionally associated with boys or masculinity."
And their example image is of a girl with large breasts and an attractive face putting a guy in a headlock.
If you're definition of a tomboy is someone that can be mistaken for a guy, then i don't know what to tell you. You won't find many people that agree with that view.
