Femboy Burgers has a femboy who tops.

From other games I remember, Tales of Androgyny and Otomaid @ Cafe have scenes with femboy topping, but the MC is also a femboy in these.
Fonoxo games like Trials in Tainted Space and Corruption of Champions certainly might have femboy and androgynous characters who can be on top.

There must be more games but these are the ones I remember.
