The comments here just say the removed something, what was actually added?
Man the guy developing this game must be having a laugh, I swear. Dude originally released a flash version of this like a decade ago or longer and it legitimately had more features than the version we have today.
If the dev is reading this: You need to figure out something new dude. You've been milking this game so long that it's all dried up. Also dev, you know Flash is dead, right?
EDIT: I was wrong! Kasumi Rebirth was actually released in September of 2004. Holy shit this dev is taking the piss. He's reskinned an 18 year old game and re-released it with fewer features than it had two decades ago. That's right folks, this game is TWO DECADES OLD. I guess play this if you want to know what most Newgrounds H-games were like back in the early days... but actually, don't do that at all. Just go play Kasumi Rebirth instead, it has more features anyway.

As far as I know, the developers removed these features in order to rework some of the framework of the game
I'm still trying to find that very (VERY) old version, where the girls didn't speak, but had some more reactions for teasing and sex... but no: only "rebirth" at this point.
Nuff sad.
I went looking for you. Earliest version I could find is a translated version of 1.11. I remembered playing this like over a decade ago and low and behold it was still on the same site.
