I feel like he started to get worse before that personally, Lily was when it started IMO (and I say that despite Lily being my favorite look-wise). It's not that the CGs are as bad as what we're seeing right now but there were fewer of them, the fights were less creative and so on. All in all he probably just lost a lot of interest in the overall project and I hope they both move their asses to something they actually enjoy

The average ideal woman is still the slim/athletic kind (Off the top of my head, think Elizabeth Zaks). what the fuck does judo and karate have to do with bruce lee? both martial arts have been used in the UFC especially judo is used a lot trying to put it into the same box as kungfu and jeet kune do (who are known to be only useful for flashy moves in movies and absolute useless in a real combat event) this is diminishing the seriousness of karate & judo

From my experience, Shotokan either are outfighting geniuses like Tatsuya Naka, or are wimps.
Most of them won't take a Gedan Mawashi without dismantling and limping for weeks afterwards.
I hate the fact that Shotokan competition forbids the use of low kicks or any intentionally-traumatic technique.

They are the best at establishing Maai, indeed, but that's because they can't take damage up close because they never had to endure painful conditioning training.

Kyokushin has the most advanced/technical/damaging kick repertoire in martial arts history. We have all the traditional Karate repertoire, plus trademark kicks that no other martial art has, like Mawashi Kubi Geri (Brazilian Kick) or Do Mawashi Kaiten Geri (AKA "Rolling Thunder")
