There are no ideas or solution. It all depends on Koda. The whole idea of encouraging everyone to unsub is just unrealistic and stupid. And its really goofy how some people talk about Koda like hes some kinda entity that we're supposed to take down.

No, it depends on Bo putting Koda back in line or getting rid of him altogether.
Koda is way too confortable in his little Discord bubble, taking Bo's money for doing absolutely nothing and basking in the praise the Discord remnants shower him with. He may have shown at times that he's not super comfortable in his own skin, but that's as far as someone like him will go, and he knows it.
Bo Wei is different, more ambitious, and very unhappy with the current situation. He often pokes at Koda, even goes on little tantrums, hating on more successful femdom projects (Under The Witch), and once even complained that even developers inspired by his work (Gladia and ANLIS come to mind) don't look up to him nor ever asked him for advice.
The problem is that Bo seems to be somewhat submissive towards Koda, being very mild in his complaints for Koda delays and often implying that he wouldn't be able to do much without the man. Something I believe has been proven wrong by 8F and Heelfall both, but I'm guessing he takes most of his western feedback from Discord where, as I've already said, anyone that doesn't worship Koda specifically gets booted very quickly. Last one being just a few days ago.
I agree with you that the idea of making everyone leave Bo's Patreon is unrealistic and quite goofy, but that's probably the only sure way for things to happen. The other one being Bo finally losing his patience, but that would take backbone, and so far Bo hasn't shown much of it.
Make no mistake though, Koda absolutely is an entity to be taken down if you want to see this project going anywhere. Personally I don't care much for it anyone as newer, better alternatives have taken its place, but I'm still invested in the drama because let's be honest: Koda is exactly the kind of villain you love to hate.

That's what I was implying. Koda could only be "taken down" from the inside, but that will probably not happen. Just because Bo is complaining, that doesn't mean that anything will change. We're pretty much just spectators, and the only person that could actually do something, doesn't do anything other than complaining. therefore nothing can be done.
Can someone please provide the completed saved game file of version 1.17.3? Which includes "Dr. Swan", "Rose" and "Claus"...

Thats fine. I know there are unusued images in tot but are there scenes related to them? i doubt it but it would be cool if we could access them.

Yeah, the amount of delays Koda is responsible of is just too much to rationalize, 2-3 years of delays for a single floor are on the extreme point of incompetent game-development. If you know this fact and still support this shit, you are either brainwashed or braindead, no other alternatives. I think that the vast majority of Patreon supporters are just people that forgot about the development of this game and since 2$ a month is not that much for many the payment goes unnoticed in people's head. However I know that there are as many people that would support the project if the updates were delivered on time, not always but most of the times, but since this doesn't happen in three years they just don't care anymore. Koda is responsible for an immense economic damage for the project that is difficult to quantify but I'm positive it's in the thousands of dollars; this and the "image damage" are so big that even the best porn writer in the world can't save it at this point. I don't think ToT has a future with Koda and that's just a shame.

In this thread there is clearly a WKA (WorshipperofKodaAss) mod cuz people like Clockman are getting banned for no good reason.
Idk what we could do about but there is MUST be something. Like force the mod to put the abandoned tag, or maybe we directly abandon once and for all this thread, just to make a signal for Boda.

Guys we're looking at the problem all wrong. We just need to send someone in the discord to gaslight Bo into standing up to Koda. It's going to take while of course but that way we'll know if all of the issues truly come from Koda (which I don't believe they do, reminder that Koda isn't the only one who gets paid for literally nothing).

Since most of the active users here are on the ToT's terrorist list, I believe we should send the less known users who ask for save files and updates. Bo will be so annoyed by the constant messages that he will fire Koda for sure

The feature that it has is an event list for Cobra and Claus.
There are a few bugs that will lead to a game restart (mostly cause of non exist variables access). So if you find some of this plz let me know which event has to be debugged.
To use the revisiting room, just talk to Guardian Sadi(red circle) after you started a new game. She will lead you to her dungeon.

I'm a firm believer that Bo is just pretending to hate Koda, for what reason I don't know. Maybe he doesn't want the heat or whatever, but many people have stepped forward to Bo and offered to replace Koda.

I'm sure they had proof of concept. Maybe he wasn't impressed. But it sure as hell doesn't seem like he is actively looking for a replacement either.

This is awesome. Is this a one time thing you have done or are you going to do stuff similar for other TOT releated stuff?
I think one for heelfall would be good. Maybe one that just lets you create a new game then unlocks all the scenes since downloading another persons save comes with their save name attached

Heelfall should have something similar to what Succubus Senki (this game is awesome seriously guys, play it) has with a room that has all of the enemies you've beaten in it and you can activate every scene

Yeah its irritating since the only way to view all scenes you need to have someone eleses save but it would be nice to start a fresh game with your gallery still full.
however I dont think that system works for TOT because some stuff can alter dialogue based on what youve done beforehand so having to account for little changes isnt really possible however I think they abandoned that with later characters so oof

Eh it doesn't seem that complicated tbh. Just add variation to each scene, for instance when you want to play a scene it asks you which variant you want to play
