No hate for the uploaders they are essential for the coom economy, but i have had this exact version of the game for more than a year, so what is going on here?
Because nobody reported it to F95 staff, so they could post those updates here.
There weren't any links for Floor 9 and Swan & Crow part 3 in the OP until recently, and since there are people who checks only F95 for updates, it's certain that a lot of players didn't know anything about 2023 updates.
And that's even more evident if you take into account that ToT has a good fame regarding development delays.
All in all, late is better than never.

the 2 fan games of the pixiv user (Lx1曼心) were deleted, also he deleted almost all of his tot artwork, maybe he wanted to draw jessica and she ate him. now those games are lost :C
