Depends what you mean by "aftercare", and to which man.
A fair number of them would "care" for their partner by just heaping more brainwashing stuff or bondage stuff on them, just less violently/more subtly. Dr. Swan being the most obvious one here.
A few of them could do actual aftercare, but only to the exceptionally rare man who'd somehow manage to impress them and earn their respect.
Most of them subscribe to a "you're on your own once it's over, for good or ill" method, though.
Of course it's probably different if the domination happens during a fight (where most Bo Wei protagonists and antagonists are genuinely trying to put the other out of commission and win) or if they're dominating someone who wants to submit to them from the get go.
