What kind of scene are there, and where did you end up with Cobra?

did you start a brand new game ? if not i doubt that you will ever be able to fight her

and after you lose a lot of times you get at least one more dream scene I think?

it wouldve been cool if using the pantyhose past that point triggered a sequence where you picked a punishment out of the scenes triggered by it

Lose repeatedly, like 20+ times.

It might be dependent on how many times your level is drained as well, as I believe that's how Cobra levels up.
