Time for round two of "When will the devs deliver the next ToT update! The rules are the same as last time:
1. Any user is welcome to guess a date between now and the end of time.
2. There should only be one person per date, with the selected date going on a first come, first serve basis
3. Each user is limited to ONE specific date, no range of dates, no alt accounts (Zazz).
4. Guesses are based on U.S. Eastern Standard time (subject to change if participants wish, this is just my time zone and I created the post, so

5. Winner gets to select either ONE banner, or ONE signature or quote for the losers to display for one weeks time (please keep it civil and within forum rules and basic civil sensibilities). Banners and sigs can be personalized for different losers.
6. Winner is decided based on the time and date the ToT update is POSTED TO PATREON, NOT F95! (prevents possible withholding of link sharing).
7. If update falls on unselected date, no winner is declared.

Depending on the amount of participants, I am open to selecting more than one date, but lets wait and make sure everyone who wants to play gets a chance before we allow multiple dates.
