You have to free the third merchant from the top (cant remember their names yet), then complete the sewer subquest for Karen. They become craftable after that.

The only scene I didn't like was the one on the couch but the rest are wicked!!
I am glad though that we will be getting steadier updates from now on, I think a change of pace will do us all good

I didn't like Karen and she's being forced down our throats even harder than Cobra before her, so I ended up hating her. Even though I absolutely loved the Roxy bits, they must've been like 5% or less of the content of this update, so I'm overall disappointed in this one, can't say I'm too happy it took just short of 5 months to make it.
And Karen's probably coming back. She looks like some eldritch abomination in this picture, I'm gonna be having nightmares after 6F.

Mine is kinda similar: (Roxy >) Lily > Scarlett > Eliza, Cobra used to be really high up but then Koda ruined her for me and I realized how forced she is upon the player, it's literally canon that Ethan has lost to her multiple times, I call BS. But Karen puts even Cobra to shame in that regard.
What happened to ToT being a buffet? Do Bo/Koda get forced fed everytime they go to one? Cuz I'm sure that isn't how those work.

You know, I can appreciate the amount of work that went into this update, and quality-wise it was quite good. I mean, Bo Wei stuffed a ton of content into this update, so it's hard to complain about that. Karen's floor was a bit too dark though, I didn't like the contrast, but that's nitpicking.
I didn't really love Karen either as a boss. I think a lot of what @KSVreset said is true, the writers have wandered into that realm of anime stereotypes with their storyline and enemy integration. The ridiculous power creeping was dumb when dragonball did it (as much as I like DBZ), and it's no better in a porn game. Plus the good ending?
When it comes down to it, I have little desire to replay Karen's content, and the multiple playtesting runs @zazzaro and I are gonna end up doing for the walkthrough feel like more of a chore than usual.
Still, the porn aspect is good. It's the other stuff that really fell short for me. I think any interest the story behind the game had early on is now gone, and the enemies have become too powerful to really be interesting. Still, it's fappable, and I guess that's what really matters.

There isn't a cheap way to do it now. She uses % based damage and you can't win the fight, you can only survive. Gonna have to beat her legitimately.
can you explain than to me how does it work please i have 99 pots and i spam grab lock and insulator and she still manages to kill me in one move....

I think Karen is hot as fuck, but I have to agree that the content we got with her was a little meh. It seems the actual sexual content isn't implemented yet. Outside of sniffing boots (again...ugh) until you cum and just boot on face there really isn't anything to Karen. I was hoping for more forced HJ, or even genuine forced sex but I'm stuck with I guess the air around Karen making Ethan cum? Not quite sure how to process that. I'm honestly waiting for more of the mental mind fuck we got with the earlier villainesses, the hook for me in this game was when Yvonne made you teach her the fire punch skill just for a footjob, completely optional and no real benefit to it, but the humiliation of it all made it (to me) the best scene in the game still today.

So Rose, or Roxy, was pretending to be part of the sect and Ethan's lover for the past four years? For what reason we will find out, but Ethan certainly rubbed off on her the right way seeing how she is still pretty affectionate towards him. Makes me wonder what their relationship was like before the tower. She must have known about Ethan's submissive nature and fetish for feet, but from the photos their relationship looked pretty vanilla. I am really looking forward towards her own floor in the far, far future (There must be a wholesome, loving femdom ending with Roxy goddammit).
As for Karen I liked her. She's the first enemy where Ethan stands absolutely no chance against whatsoever and her design is pretty elegant and sexy. Her h-scenes are a mixed bag for me. I never really liked the gimmicky ones like her forcing a magnetic dildo down Ethan's throat or shoving her feet into a skull helmet for him to smell or the three gates on the boot (really?). I think the hottest scenes (at least for me) are the simple ones where Ethan loses to temptation and is humiliated for it. Him kneeling at Karen's throne waiting for her and her using him as a step stool. Ethan uncontrollably masturbating to the sight of Karen's feet while she's resting in her room. Karen spitting on him for how pathetic he is. Personally, I think it's the situation that makes a scene hot, not the gimmicks.

Yeah. It's more complicated than grab blocking. You need to react to which "normal" attack she does. Every odd turn number, (turn 1,3,5,7,etc...) she will use a regular attack on you. Every even turn (2,4,6,8, etc) she will attempt a special attack. You need to have the correct "guard" up to defend against the special attacks. after successful defense of a special attack, use that one turn to either attack Karen to reduce her buffs, or heal.
Slap - grab block
Kick - insulator OR block (the one with insulator is a guaranteed KO so go always for insulator) if she puts her foot in your face block
Punch - grab block
Sword leg - block
after a successful defense attack her with any move to reduce her attack or heal with a potion/technique
We hope to have the walkthrough updated soon to help. For now, that's the only guide I have.

Use Cheatengine then change the Value Type to Binary before searching.Then lock it on after you found your value which you desire (HP/MP/TP).
