Please correct me if I'm mistaken but Koda does the coding and Bo draws the characters for ToT.
They work as a team though so I suppose that's what Koda meant with "unless Bo just decides to end the game".

Koda does a lot of writing and is the driving force behind the subplots of each boss. Bo Wei does the artwork, and handles most of the combat mechanics and floor design. I'm sure there is some crossover, except I am pretty sure all the artwork is done by Bo Wei.

Yeah I think you may need to reset her encounter to see her submission theme then. There is an orb in her area that you can interact with to reset her scenes, so you can use that, then submit to her BEFORE redeeming her to see the scene.

I'm replaying through and it's the same scene you get when you select "remember" at Lily's boots. Pretty sure I did the same thing the first time through. You're not missing anything.

Honestly it's whatever at this point. I've become used to ignoring their initial date and instead translating it into Bo Wei/Koda time. So "end of January" translated to "at least mid February" in my mind.
