Bo Wei has said in the past that foot based content will always be the central theme for each boss, with other fetishes branching off from there. Koda's boss might not be so foot based possibly, but I don't think there will be many, if any, bosses that are not heavily based in the foot fetish arena.

Yeah for that game the main story is F/F, but there are a fair number of situations that are M/F. Probably 70-80% F/F I'd estimate.

You totally missed the point
I also have a foot fetish and would enjoy any floor less if they removed that aspect entirely, but foot smelling isn't something that's mandatory in foot fetish content, or something that every guy with a foot fetish will like. Many people have expressed their opinion that Bo has taken it too far, and that it's been done so many times that it's gotten tiresome.
Also, you can have the girls seduce you with their feet without them needing to be supernaturally stinky. You can make Ethan be seduced by their arches, their toes, they could actually smell GOOD and not like sweat. You could have them asking Ethan to give them a foot rub or tease him in a million different ways, dude.
I just hope Bo isn't as close-minded when it comes to this

TOT is also a femdom game with strong humiliation aspects too, though. I agree the foot smelling bit is exaggerated to an extent (specifically the boots with karen & yvonne), but otherwise, the protagonist isn't supposed to "want" their feet, at least not without also being reminded of just how depraved they are for it. I guess one mechanism for making that humiliating is by emphasizing the most "unappealing" aspects of feet.
At least in regards to femdom/humiliation, foot smelling is pretty much the norm.

Heavily disagree. Feet and femdom go hand in hand because feet are the lowest part of a woman's body, and that's why it's seen as humilliating for a man to kiss a woman's foot, you're establishing some kind of master/servant relationship by doing something like that. Foot smell doesn't really enter that equation, it's just that some people have a kink for smelling feet like Bo does.

I probably should have mentioned femdom content which focuses on feet (like TOT). Generic femdom might loosely incorporate feet even if the content isn't foot fetish related just because of the servile relationship it establishes. But I'm referring to femdom content which focuses on feet. I can say pretty confidently that the majority of femdom + foot fetish type content have some varying degrees of smell incorporated into it, to the extent that the word "stinky" has almost become a turn off for me. It's pretty core to the equation.

We might be in agreement but are simply arguing past each other. The femdom/foot fetish content I've seen is the same (lots of foot worship), but smelling is generally almost always part of it -- usually in the beginning.
