He’s like a toxic relationship, idk if anyone has already said this. He’s fucked up so many times and promises he’s gonna change to the point where like he actually just can’t be believed anymore. Literally “not hope, not try. I promise tomorrow.” And we waited a whole day not even surprised he didn’t fulfill that promise.

Very true. What he's doing to his patrons should actually be considered psychological abuse at this point, I'm not even memeing.
He's had more than enough time to clean up his act and he still hasn't done it, so we're really left with little choice but to assume that he's doing it all consciously.
