Hypothetical question. If this was just a garden variety cheating affair of two married adults, would this still be an unforgivable scenario in your opinion? Meaning having sex in one of their homes, while children were in another room (out of sight, not involved for clarity).

I hear you, I said it in an earlier tread , these type stories always go way past the edge. It starts with the husband wanting it to happen when it does he'll show some concern about a few things. Maybe even say something to wife about how she's acting toward the guy like she maybe getting to involved. But like always in these stories she'll start lying and going behind the husband's back and if he finds out he'll try and get mad but they more he thinks about it the more he jerks off to it. In the end she'll do whatever she wants to do and the more she fucks around on him the more he'll jerk off. It's the same troupe.


There's been only one story, that I've read, where the husband has actually changed his mind about things and stood up and left. So only one writer has actually had the balls to deviant from the norm. Series is called Cuckold Consequence's by RoleplayLiterate

Guessing Sarah will stay at "Dan's" apartment while in Chicago with her parents. Anyone else think Lester is going to bring Jesse back again - that would have to break Dan, right?

I have a suspicion that Jesse will fade into the background and come back towards the end of the story. At this stage of his stalker mentality it would be conceivable that he would go postal and do something to hurt all three MCs. Ala TC's ending, if that's the dark ending that DS has hinted at.

I'm baffled by how much people hate the cheating wife and subsequently the author if the husband doesn't get revenge.

Because they get invested in the story and characters, that's what good writing does for the audience. In Dan's case, I'm really not sure. There are a few who hold Dan up as a knight of righteous virtue, being the honorable downtrodden man who loves his family and his wife. Yet they fail to point out that it was Dan who pushed Sarah into this lifestyle to begin with and hasn't voiced a strong opposition until chapter 18 (I believe). Horse is out of the barn fellas, little late to be trying to close the door. No he keeps on playing with fire and getting off to it.

So no, Dan isn't a saint in this story and he doesn't deserve any sympathy. He's feeding his own dark desires, just like the other two.

I don't identify with any of them, and why would you read the story and identify as the other guy cause nothing ever write about them,so not much to identify with. No you read that in story and you thought it sounded Kool. But I guess people really love a come back story, and I always hate for their characters to be reduced to nothing. But I guess that's what makes them a good story when the readers put themselves in the storyline .

Lester isn't a healthy influence and deep down Sarah knows it

Their relationship is not out of love but animalstoc desires

You don't bring that sort of thing around family

However if their Lester was totally a romantic one ,which later evolves into something else

It would have been excusable .

Because generally the cuck has found himself in a situation he has no control over through no fault of his own so you end up rooting for him a bit like George McFly in BTtF.
