This chapter is worse than filler. It features the recurring trope of useless sex that makes Sarah's character worse. She's turned into a whore who fucks every male character. She's now also extremely stupid and fucked her boss without any guarantees.

If DS decided she wasn't going back to the hospital then why not actually progress the narrative and have Lester tell sarah to convince Dan that they should seek Lester's help. Or have Dan refuse and then Sarah says she going to ask anyway. That would actually drive the plot forward. This is a rehash of the same arc that happened 15 chapters ago

I agree with the first half of your statement...but if she had gotten a guarantee that she would given the COO position then where would that have left Lester.. DS just did that so that the couple were completely out of options so Lester can superman and save the day..the chapter felt a little rushed IMO and or it probably wasn't him that wrote this chapter...the sex was really missing that oomph it usually does...

Lastly...who in their right minds ditches their kids even if it's an opportunity at their bill being paid..?

Honestly big dissapointment this series was peak and continues to become worst and worst at every chapter at this point the series will reach 50 chapters and still don't have a conclusion

Dan and Sarah's marriage is effectively over, when will Dan realize this? Dan keeps saying/thinking he will do something, but never does. At this point, what will seeing Liz do? Oh he hears what Lester does, but Sarah won't believe him. What about discord? Or the cameras? Nothing is happening all that's happening is his marriage is over.

Idk...anything can happen..my 2 cents are the marriage is over when she gets pregnant and know who the father is..dan ends up with his workmate who may/may not be working for Lester...and Sarah ends up the loser like the milf from my neighbor....could Lester convincing Renee to keep the kids after he sleeps with her...at this point it's a waiting game that DS is banking on...

I typically don't comment the story. In one way or the other even if I don't agree/like the way story goes/stalls I normally get some good part ... but this chapter ... it just feels like what someone said above ... someway it's rushed and even the sex scenes ... for some reason feels like weren't written by the same person that wrote other chapters. I can't peek what it was specifically but something feels off. But this is just my 2 cents! thanks for the ones that can/keep sharing!

TA Ch 33 makes you wonder if DS has subcontracted it out to someone else. I know this theory has been floating around for sometime now but this chapter confirms it for me. No progress of the main story line (whatever is left of it), in fact the scenes between Lester and Sarah seemed pretty off from his regular writing.

While I'm thinking about it, I feel it would be nice if we started using the spoiler feature. There are a few here who really don't like reading the alpha and want to wait for the final before reading. Its a good premise to begin with, especially if you made the order the knight belongs to one where she/he is suppose to be celibate. It would make their corruption even more powerful and tragic. Depending how you took the story.
