The game always ends on April 27th. One of the endings will occur; the one in the image is because you didn't make it to the "final event" with any of the girls.
There are different endings on April 27th depending on the number of girls you've watched their "final event" with. Main girls with SNS accounts are a different story; if you watch their "final event," the game is over.
The final event of a secondary heroine is unlocked when you have already seen all her scenes and in the train you provoke her to enter the state of “vaginal palpitation” in a pink erogenous zone, I think only the vagina. She gets off the train, you follow her and then you unlock her “final event”.
The good or bad ending of the main heroines happens according to what you answer in their SNS. Usually always choosing option 1 unlocks the good ending, while 2 and 3 the bad one (pleasure ending).

For anyone else who's struggling to actually beat some of these, where no matter how many times you make them cum, it won't clear...
The solution is to creampie them during the train section. That forces the event, assuming you have all their scenes done.

game freezes every time I try to enter the washroom/makeup room/etc after following the girls off the train, tried this with multiple girls, freezes every time, is this supposed to happen and the game is just in an unplayable state?
If I am not wrong, I did install some kind of patch from this thread to prefent game freezes back then when it's on dlc 1. Never get any freezes , not sure with the latest dlc 2 added though. gonna play the updated dlc 2 game next weekend.
