Seeking Trainer games for people new to them?

Hello. I've been looking to get into the "trainer" genre, and I'm looking for games that are easy to get into, as I'm not very good at them. I played Whoremaster, Strive for Power, Four Elements Trainer, and Slavemaker recently. Whoremaster was simple and decent quality, Strive for Power and Slavemaker were major grinds for little gain, and I couldn't stand the protag of Four Elements Trainer.

Pregnancy strongly preferred, but not required. Any suggestions? Thank you for your time.

I mean, Jack o Nine is pretty decent. No story or anything but theres tons of slaves and options for them

It's not like most of these games are Paradox grand strategy - levels of complexity. Strive for Power, Slavemaker and Whoremaster might be some of the most complex. Witch Trainer and Insight of you are my favorites, and they're not difficult. The gameplay is pretty simple and it's there to pad the game out and spread out the scenes a bit.
