It ain't. The logistics of it just don't add up. We're already running out of non-renewable lithium, copper and gold just making cars as it is. And that's just for making the parts in the first place. You know how expensive it is to maintain a car? Now imagine just how tough that would be with a machine that has wear and tear 24/7, not to mention the body rejecting parts.Heh. Biological modification on the other hand is much more fiscially possible.
I highly doubt that will stop any of the hyper rich from doing that like since you know. A human is distinctly smaller than a car and we still churn out cars by the billions

Graphic violence is f95's current tag for gore. How much it counts for some of the images will vary based on who you're asking.
That said, yes, I'm well aware that the tag in question is kind of not specific enough. No. I have no idea if that's going to change with the tag improvement that has been in the works since forever now. It's a moot point if it doesn't come out in our lifetime.
