Transferring renpy saves to new pc

Hey,
I have played many games on f95zone that are on renpy and I love how they transfer between every version. I am planning to get a new pc (this one is win 7, new will be win 10). What files should I copy (and where) to ensure I will keep all the progress for all of my renpy games after the pc change?

Open up the run command (Windows Key + R)
Type in %appdata%
Copy the Renpy folder and its contents on to a memory stick or similar
Do the same again on the new computer (run command and %appdata%)
Paste the Renpy folder here
When you open your Renpy games on the new computer; your saves should appear.
