is a good one. Forced M2F at the start. Has regular updates and Tango is active on the thread which is great.

is also fun. It isn't strictly a transformation game but you do have the ability to swap genders if you so desire.

There are others out there but those are two that I enjoy playing.

M2f is not my thing(different strokes diffrent folks), but it sucks that most games never get close to finished. So many games get stuck in feature creep

Not true at all. I find TONS of games on there without m2f. All games on there are supposed to have SOME sort of transformation, but transformation is a very broad term...which is why this site needs m2f and f2m tags.

There is one game that is pretty good. Sorry I'm super late to your Thread. It's called " Between " it's kinda slow at the start, but your transformations are basically like your classes. It's a RPG Maker game though.

I foung a lot of games on tfsite but also untranslated japanese games on others so this might not be for OPs but I might as well put it here. Aside from M2F transformation, I also like 2DCG slow burn transformation and heavily dislikes instantaneous transformation without any explanation or build up. So, if you have the same taste as mine then here are my recommendations:

• You must be registered to see the links
  (Ongoing) - Your choice of how deep your transformation is, gameplay is interactive and challenging, art is great and the story and characters are fun.
• The Isle of TS Monster Girls (Completed) - High quality art and transformation but if you want explicit sex scenes you won't get any here (only implied). Transformations are great.
• And The Hero Was Never Seen Again (Completed) - Story-focused RPG game with actual Japanese voice-acting. There is no actual transformation that happened in game, the MC is already female from the very beginning but she is still not used it and learns to accept it throughout the game. If you are into that then play this.
• X-Change/Yin-yang X-Change Alternative Series (Completed) - Japanese visual novel about the main character changing to a girl and tries to live a normal life despite the change. Multiple endings depending if the MC wants to be male or female and also who will be their partner in the end.
• You must be registered to see the links
  (Completed/Untranslated) - Visual novel, multiple endings. It's bodyswap and not really transformation but the level of detail on the "transformation" described by the MC is so specific that it activates something within me. If you are into that, try this one. You do have to know how to read japanese or use real-time ai translation programs that will help you read the dialogues.
• You must be registered to see the links
  (Completed/Untranslated) - Fairly recent release (2023). Visual novel, multiple endings. Great slow burn transformation of the MC with a very sweet ending if you picked that route which to me is the only ending that matters (I don't like NTR so every ending beside it involves the MC going for others instead of the initial love interest).

Also, I have a lot of M2F in games but it is not really the main focus like only for a gag or a part of the story and will be forgotten after it.
