Seeking Transformation oriented gameplay

Hiya, looking for any recommendations on any games that have their gameplay based on any kind of transformation mechanic. Not as an gender transfo, though that is welcome, but as in the kind that you see in House of Pandemonium and Odyssey of Gianna, where the characters change as people, their minds or body being transformed. Idk what else to call it.

on tfgamesite if you haven't already. it's a dungeon crawler that uses a paper doll tf system using kisekae assets and has a few tf themed quest, namely the fae quest on floor 13 and cynn's quest
and also

which is on steam and GOG. you can play as a mutant race which can evolve appendages, fur, wings, claws all that good stuff, though the game has an ASCII look to it so the characters don't show the tf visually but it will effect your abilities and stats and there is a shapeshifting ability which allows you mimic characters next to you. but it's not really an Adult game
