There are a few games that do this that I've found but I'm looking for body modification and changes on the level (or at least somewhat close) as BMO TV. I'm fine with male protagonist, I just don't like the gradual sissification and traps, just not my thing. Fine with trans protagonist and characters: as long as there are boobs, I don't care.
