I got an error after Kirtin talks with a soldier(an the image is the older sister) after defeating the black monkey, basically can't pass the loading!!!!

Here but you have to fight the black monkey again, after that when kirstin leaves the sister's house then that's the error!

Everything's good on my end (outside of a couple untranslated lines in battle log; fixed in the updated patch). This is after Kirstin and her subordinate talk.

Nobody has reported this error. I suspect this has something to do with garbled filenames. Try redownloading the game, but this time unpack it following the instructions here -- https://f95zone.to/threads/extract-zip-files-with-jap-encoding.68161/
