sadly some of the game text is baked into a picture

that could be the reason
also some of the texts that should translate isn't translating as usual
idk why

Don't want to bother you too much but it would be possible to traslate at least all the options like work , train , shop, talk etc etc not the text of protagonist just all the options, it would be a great help even just having those translated, mtool unfortunately doesn't work
