There are many items with similar names (like каска, каски, каске, каску, каской) which MTL likes to translate to the same word, so the game always complains about "items with same name" on boot, but it still works.

I've attached the QSPTools dictionary in case anyone feels like doing a better job.

The issue that causes the warnings is that the names are used as an index for the items. Normally the index is a number, but since this game is kinda old I guess they found it easier to just write the name again and again and again and again, so the names are also magic words.

Either way, the worse that can happen is that certain items will never show up, only the variation will. Since this is mostly on armor, it shouldn't block any quests/progress that depends on consumables/materials.

EDIT:

Made a DeepL MTL and applied random upper/lowercase to repeated words, so no more conflicts.
