im stuck in same situation
I'm playing the game without a translation. What I know is that you have to grab the amulet that is in the drains and that's as far as I've gotten.

First go back to the jail and click the chair to get the key. Then open the drain with the key, which is at the lower right corner of the room in front of the bathroom. Then click the three red books again and use amulet to learn more about succubus. Finally go to the bathroom to complete the game.
