Edit: Fixed but another problem arised, the game freezes (doesn't crash or pop up an error) on the second map when you enter a fight.

Don't know what is causing this. Just re-downloaded it from my own link and it works. That directory is actually in the folder.

mine still won't work even after steps above. I played this before and somehow fixed that but now I don't have any idea

only exe file and windows defender prefer dont run the game

I cannot for the life of me make the .exe of the game run, been trying moving the exe onto another folder, deleting the contents of the save folder and whatever, and it never opens at all, anyone was able to bypass this?
