I dropped a full save with scenes not in the recollection, with the last save being the one that gives you the "harem" ending. (just leave the town with all the girls)
Basically you do each side girls heart icon events, and gives you one heart with them. Then you have the option of just spending time with them outside of that, earning a half-heart but this also sends the guys that are chasing each side girl after your main girl.
Once you reach 10 hearts with each side girl, their NTR route starts, and they all have 1 unavoidable but tame scene for the first one. Afterwards you can interrupt all the rest, as the menu will tell you who is where and what is happening.
Not sure how to answer your other questions, but the last one, which is: Nothing happens. You reach the last day and it keeps going. I believe it means you can start the "festival event" at any time from that point on. Which is where you end the game. You either leave with one or all girls or they have all already betrayed you and stay.

Honestly I played through this twice and i didnt notice it really doing anything that would impact gameplay, but i could be wrong and just missed something.
Im sorry to ask this , is there any diff with the old one ? In term of translate ? From what i see in the menu still just japanese language too , didnt mean to offend you , sorry to bother you , tq

It is 100% Japanese, just v3 and smaller. I've used mtool and translated it with DeepSeek option locally and it works great.
