It depends, basically you have to see if it is an ISO file that is a copy of the physical game, or a DL version, if it is an ISO you have to use a program like daemon tools to emulate a disk compartment, and install it or simply copy what is inside the ISO file to your PC (this in some cases does not work) and you have to install it anyway. The good thing about being an ISO is that it is safer than the DL version taking into account that MM games give an outrageous amount of positives by many antiviruses.

After having installed or copied it, copy the crack in the folder where it was installed or copied and start the game. But since it is being translated by Capu, when they finish translating it they will make a thread with the game and that's it.

Yeah got it to work. Tho the crack with the serial key does not give a working key, I had to go to the game thread over on Animesharing for an actual crack.exe file to open the game with. Also, if you are on windows(10 or later) you don't need a tool for the .MDF file, just change the MDF suffix to ISO and windows should be able to open it.
