Checked out Ankoku Marimokan's Ci-en turns out they managed to salvage their old Senka RPG game they promised before a long time ago. Trouble is I can't run it due to the extraction ruining the files from moonspeak to a garbled mess like so.

Moved to translation requests, game requests is only for translated games. Extract the game with something capable of switching to Japanese either Bandizip or WinRAR.
