By proper translation I mean without using Mtool to hook into the game and replace the strings. Actually more recently translator++ supports

but you do need a copy of the engine (a pirated version probably works). It apparently has a localization tool that you can use to patch the translated text directly into the game. I include the parser as an attachment since it is patreon only.
