Several years ago I used Translation aggregator with Atlas, but it was like MTL. Looking for a better way to make the translation, or at least try.

wonder if you still active but to translate atelier kaguya. The script is in message.dat, use msgtoo for it

Found it on a discord, download msgtool from here
You must be registered to see the links
you need .NET 5.0 to run it
Usage: msgtool -e shift_jis message.dat for extract
msgtool -b shift_jis shift_jis message.dat for rebuild
Use the a hexeditor to check for this.

Dunno if it works on older version or not and about the UI still waiting for the guy created this tool to finish his tool for repacking .arc.
