Just finished this, all I can say it's much better than I'd expected! If I knew how to make a patch, I'd translate it myself. Unfortunately I know absolutely nothing about vn translation like how the engine works, how to extract texts, apply the translation into a patch file, etc. I've only had experience with translating doujin.

Well, I'm not a native Japanese speaker, but I understand most of the dialogue in this game. If there's a way to extract the dialogue, I could probably help with providing the translation scripts. It's probably going to take a lot of time, but I'm willing to help that much (and I hope someone else could proofread it).

Alright, after that I'll build the patch and translate the UI, title screen, etc., just be sure to not touch the "original text" column so I can re-import it to translator++
